The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances contained therein. juta8 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate account registration.
During registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by juta8, you agree to complete the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process, which may include but is not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, juta8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
juta8's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your juta8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits juta8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
juta8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at juta8.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
juta8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Member has breached any provision of this Agreement, is engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account would expose juta8 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method after completion of any outstanding investigations.
Members may close their juta8 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable online gaming regulations as referenced in juta8's operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through juta8's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits a Member's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
